Staff was very nice.
The cleaning products used. I had to deal with constant sneezing and coughing all night. It was frustrating to feel this way while trying to enjoy my time away. My partner experienced similar issues, impossible to relax. I can't believe a hotel would compromise guest comfort in this manner.

Room 106 2 nights: 1) The Bathroom Fan did not work. 2) Anything could crawl in under the door, no weather striping. 3) The door frame was broken and was a hiding place for the cockroaches that were in the room, you had to lift the door up in order to use the security lock. We found them in the bathroom coming up the shower drain, crawling up the wall wright next to the bed!!! and by the TV wall. We have stayed here before and never had a roach problem.
The only pro is it on the way to Lassen Volcanic National Park, and the ice machine worked.
See general information above.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The room was clean. I appreciated the comfortable chair in my room, ideal. Access to nearby dining options was excellent, with places like McDonald's and Starbucks just a short drive away. The room had a spacious feel. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a slight inconvenience, especially with my morning routine. The experience was enjoyable, though a coffee maker would make it even better. I'd consider returning for another visit.

The room had a dining table which was great for meals, and the outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out in the nice outdoor seating area. Just a small downside was that the room was a bit warm when we arrived, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

The nearby dining scene is a winner! Tried that burger joint, Burger King, just a hop away and it hit the spot. Also loved the quick access to McDonald's for those late-night cravings. Super clean room and warm staff sealed the deal for a comfy stay!
The cleaning product used had me sneezing and wheezing all night, even had my partner feeling it too! A little tip, a less pungent cleaner could make a world of difference for sensitive folks like us.
